This is HB series automatic welding positioner
There are many types such as side type,head tail rotary type,head-tail lifting rotary type,head tail inclined type and double rotary type for your selection.
The worktable adopts imported frequency conversion for speed regulation,which operates in a stable way.
The overturn of workgroup adopots worm gear transmission.It can turnover within 120°range with constant speed, the turnover torque is big.
Adopts manual control box for remote control,which is easy and flexible for operation.
Application to the welding of various rotation working piece including shafts,trays,cylindrical body,etc.
Fitted with welding operation machine,automatic welding is realized and it can be the surrounding equipment for robot to achieve automatic welding.
